Storage Based Licensing

As an Corporate/Enterprise you’ll get:

But without:

• startup costs
• minimum amounts

EULA

The Storage Based Licensing works according to an EULA model, based on the actual used terabytes posted from the storage server at the end of every month. The actual storage usage is calculated:

• after compression at the client side
• after deduplication at the client side
• including retention

If you’re somehow not satisfied with the solution, you can uninstall the software and your invoice will be adapted to the actual usage. 0 TB’s used is no invoice.

Calculation example

For example, a server with 4 TB of data selection will probably send 2.8 TB of data initially and will send changes and additions around 0,1% every day. IASO will charge at the end of the month 2.8 TB + (30 x 4 GB) = 2.92 TB.
There is no extra charge for additional servers, workstations or plugins other than the extra storage that will be used on the storage server.
